  I received their almond boneless chicken by delivery today. I was surprised to see that the meal came with a clear congealed sauce, that was supposedly the norm. Just about every Chinese food joint in the area serves the almond chicken with an almond gravy that is yellow, or a standard brown gravy. I called to complain, which was a lost cause, because the lady argued that the "sauce" was fine, and that if I wanted gravy, I should have asked. Unfortunately the menu did not specify what was included. So I drove my delivery back to the restaurant, and showed them the "sauce". In turn, they showed me the pot from which it came, and I was blown away as I looked upon a 12 quart pot of hot jelly. The only thing I could compare it to was if you took some chicken stock, watered it down, brought it to a boil, and then added corn starch to thicken it up. Even my co-workers were like, "that's disgusting". So me and the woman agree to disagree and she agrees to give me a refund. At this point, I remind her that the delivery driver didn't give me a copy of the receipt, and that I needed her to included the $1 tip, to which she stopped and starred at me for a solid 15 seconds not saying a word. It was awkward, but then I reminded her that I had to leave my job, to bring this back, and she replied, "That's fine, it's only a dollar". If it was "only a dollar", what was with the rude look, and snippy comment? Oh well, I got my refund, and I promise as long as I live, I will never eat here again, and I will make it a point to tell everyone I know to never eat here as well.
