  I waited in line for 15 minutes for two cars to move forward. This did not include placing my order. I never made it that far. By the time I was at the order sign I decided that I'd had enough of this customer service experience. The amount of time I think it would have taken to get my food would have been enough time to literally go and sit down at another restaurant place an order eat pay and leave and I really think that I probably would have still been ahead of the time schedule this facility was on. I truly I'm amazed that companies with this type of wait time for burgers in a fast-food setting can operate and make a profit month after month. This facility has been here for as long as I can remember to. At the rate the burgers were coming out at it must be a mathematical impossibility for this place to operate legally. Maybe I was there on an off-day I apologize for any speech errors as this was sent from text to speech
